Dear Alumnus,
We are happy that a large number of alumni have shown keenness and have registered to participate in the Inaugural Function of the Golden Jubilee Year of our Institute. Please note that even if you have not registered for the Inaugural function, you are invited for the afternoon programme.
To all those who have registered for the main programme and are in Delhi and NCR, We are sending invitations which should be received by all by Thursday. Those residing outside Delhi/NCR can collect their card from special counters for the purpose near the central library from 9:00 AM on August 16, 2010 (please carry a photo I-card).
Due to security reasons (as required by the President's Security Unit) the invitation card must be presented (along with the addressed envelope)at the entrance. If you have registered and do not get the card by Thursday, please send an email to iitd50@admin.iitd.ac.in
giving your name, address, graduating year and mobile phone. We will try to let you know, if the invite has been sent or it to be collected on arrival. In case you are not able to come, please let us know, so that we can accommodate more people in the Hall.
Those who have not registered for the Inaugural Function are welcome to participate in other functions of the day; an email to confirm your participation would be of help (at the email mentioned above).
