Dear Alumni,
It gives me immense pleasure to
inform you that Shivalik Alumni Reunion is being organized on 13th March
at Shivalik Hostel, IIT Delhi. Shivalik Hostel is going to complete its 50
years of establishment next year and over the years, it has undergone a good
deal of transformation and you will observe several new developments. Last year,
we won the BHM Trophy for being the best managed hostel in IIT
Delhi.
This is our last reminder for
participation in the event, so we request you to confirm your availability for
the occasion by filling in the Google form mentioned below and also provide us with your full itinerary
(arrival, departure, number of persons accompanying etc.) beforehand so that we
may attend to you personally.
The details of the event are given
below. However, if you have some specific ideas regarding the event, we are more
than willing to give it a thought. Please write to us or call the undersigned in
case of any queries. We are looking forward to having you all at the
den.
